Turmeric Ginger Cinnamon Tabs

A concentrated, fat-based anti-inflammatory formulation designed for absorption, circulation, and real functional support

This is what I reach for before the pharmacy. Not as a replacement for anything necessary, but as a first line of supportwhen my body starts whispering.

Tight muscles
Inflammation creeping in
Cycle discomfort
Post-workout soreness

This formulation is intentional. Every ingredient has a role. Nothing is just there for aesthetics.

Why this works (multi-pathway support)

This blend is built to do three things well
modulate inflammation, enhance absorption, and support circulation

Turmeric

Primary compound: curcumin

  • Regulates NF-κB, a key inflammatory signaling pathway

  • Influences COX-2 activity involved in pain and inflammation

  • Provides antioxidant support at the cellular level

Ginger

Primary compounds: gingerols and shogaols

  • Reduces prostaglandin production

  • Supports muscle recovery and digestive function

  • Adds another layer of anti-inflammatory activity

Cinnamon (Ceylon)

  • Supports blood sugar regulation

  • Reduces metabolic inflammation

  • Enhances circulation and overall balance

The upgrade most people miss

Black Pepper

Primary compound: piperine

This is not optional

  • Increases curcumin absorption significantly

  • Slows metabolic breakdown of active compounds

  • Ensures your turmeric is actually being used by your body

Without this, you are underutilizing your formula

Cayenne

Primary compound: capsaicin

This is your amplifier

  • Activates TRPV1 receptors involved in pain signaling

  • Supports circulation and delivery of compounds

  • Adds a thermogenic effect that makes the blend feel active

Coconut Oil

This is your delivery system

  • Curcumin is fat-soluble and requires lipids for absorption

  • Coconut oil enhances bioavailability

  • Provides stability since no water is used

No water means

  • Longer shelf life

  • Lower microbial risk

  • More concentrated active compounds

Final note

This is what intentional formulation looks like

No fillers
No water
No wasted ingredients

Just compounds that make sense together
Delivered in a way your body can actually use

Before you reach for something to shut the signal down
Try supporting the system first

Your body is not just reacting
It is communicating
