Womb Bloom: A Luteal Phase Herbal Infusion for Hormone Support

Your hormones don’t just “shift” before your cycle…
they signal for support.

If you notice changes like:

  • bloating

  • mood dips

  • low energy

  • increased cravings

that is not random.
That is your luteal phase.

This is the phase where progesterone leads, estrogen begins to decline, and your body prepares for menstruation. It is also the phase where most people feel the disconnect… because the support rarely matches the biology.

So instead of pushing through it, I formulated something that meets it there.

Womb Bloom 🌺
A mineral-rich, antioxidant-dense herbal infusion designed to support the luteal phase through uterine nourishment, vascular support, and nervous system regulation.

Understanding the Luteal Phase (Briefly, but Correctly)

After ovulation:

  • Progesterone rises to stabilize the uterine lining

  • Estrogen begins to taper

  • The nervous system becomes more sensitive to stress

  • Inflammation and fluid retention may increase

This is a transition phase, not a decline.

And how you support this phase directly impacts how your cycle begins.

The Womb Bloom Formula (Weight-Based Precision)

This is a base-forward formulation, meaning one herb anchors the blend while others support it in defined ratios.

Why Weight-Based Formulation Matters

Measuring herbs by volume (tablespoons) introduces variability due to:

  • plant density

  • cut size

  • packing differences

Weight-based formulation ensures:

  • consistent phytochemical delivery

  • reproducibility

  • scalability for product development

This is the difference between making tea and creating a formulation.

Ingredient Function (Cellular + Functional Breakdown)

Red Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus)

  • Supports uterine smooth muscle tone

  • Provides minerals that support reproductive tissue function

  • Traditionally used for menstrual preparation

  • Contains isoflavones that interact with estrogen receptors

  • Functions as a hormonal modulator during fluctuations

  • Supports vascular and skin health

Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa)

  • Rich in anthocyanins and polyphenols

  • Supports circulation and endothelial function

  • May assist in managing inflammation

Rose Hips (Rosa canina)

  • High in vitamin C and antioxidant compounds

  • Supports immune function and collagen pathways

  • Enhances absorption and synergy within the blend

Raw Honey

  • Provides trace minerals and enzymes

  • Supports nervous system balance

  • Adds a grounding effect to the formulation

How Womb Bloom Supports the Luteal Phase

This formulation is designed to:

  • support uterine readiness for menstruation

  • buffer inflammatory responses

  • enhance circulation and nutrient delivery

  • stabilize the nervous system during hormonal shifts

This is not about forcing balance.
This is about supporting what your body is already doing.

When to Use It

  • Begin: Post-ovulation (mid-cycle)

  • Continue: Through the late luteal phase

  • Best time: Evening or periods of intentional rest

Who This Supports

This blend may be beneficial if your luteal phase includes:

  • PMS symptoms

  • bloating or fluid retention

  • irritability or mood shifts

  • fatigue

  • difficulty transitioning into your cycle

A Note on Intention

This is a foundational formulation.
Not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

Your cycle is not generic. Your support shouldn’t be either.

The goal is not to memorize recipes.
The goal is to understand how to formulate in response to your body.

Final Thought

Before the pharmacy… there was formulation.

And when you learn how to work with your biology instead of overriding it, everything shifts.

Womb Bloom is that shift.
